The cycle is good one. Its sturdy. Package was delivered fast and was well packed. At first some parts were broken and when we informed the customer care they replaced the parts immediately. Thanks to the best supporting team. It can be more good if you improve its finishing work

The product quality can be better

Hi, overall the choice was good. I felt the color of the bicycle was not displayed exactly in the product images. I expected more of aqua light blue, it turned out to be green. The chain is sometimes loose when cycling upward hill. Overall some product quality improvement like the seat and backrest can be of better quality.
