I paid Advance payment of 700 Rs .. But nobody came to install... If your technician is not coming, then return the Amount.. Very poor service....
To my experience, the bicycle expert assembly service require more improvement on product knowledge. The expert was polite and arrived on time that's a good sign. However, to be the best in class, 2 things must improve one, how to provide the service more quickly like providing faster appointment date and to improve the product knowledge of the expert. I was forced to call the Electric Bicycle Customer support to understand the cause why the motor wasn't running or working when the bicycle expert failed to identify the problem and to provide a fix before calling the bicycle customer support.
