So basically these cycles send you the assembly service who run an actual business around your area.I happened to see a lot of negative reviews about leadership assembly services, fortunately I live in Chennai & both the assemblers that came to assemble the cycle were too good.A part of the cycle was missing while assembling, they took their own efforts to find it near & when we didn't get a similar part, we got it from their shop.I want to bring awareness to you if you are buying from leadership cycles, know 2 things.1.The assembly service varies based on your location,the assemblers can be good or bad at service and we are not the ones controlling it.2.There will be something missing or damaged when you get the cycle from this particular brand,If not, you fall under the lucky category.The cycle assemblers that assembled my cycle did a great job!

On receipt of the delivery, I booked the assembly on this app " leaderbicycles.com" and paid Rs. 700 on 1.8.3024.Almost daily , I called up the person as well as company at Ludhiana to send the mechanic for assembly, ultimately on 5.8.2024, two persons turned up in the late evening and did the assembly.i was shocked to see that both the Mechanics were highly unprofessional, untrained, unskilled and had very poor knowledge of assembly of bicycles.They fixed the front suspension forks wrongly which I got it set right from local mechanic.The unskilled mechanics employed by company are not at all aware as how to set right the stiffness of the handle. I really never saw such raw mechanics in my life. The company is at all responsible to employ such untrained and unprofessional mechanics.i really made a blunder in purchasing leader cycle.Advice all my friends never to buy such cycle which has very poor and unworthy service.
