All our bicycles require very minimal assembly. For Unpacking and Assembly please refer to our Manual that comes in the bicycle box.

If you have any difficulty assembling your bicycle, please get in touch with one of our representatives and we will do our best to help you out.

Once your order is dispatched you will get tracking details and regular updates on your mobile and email used at the time of placing the order. All users have the option to track their orders by sending an email to info@leaderbicycles.com with their order number with the subject line “TRACK MY ORDER”

We deliver to all locations in India. Our delivery partners do door delivery at your address.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 7-14 working days of you placing the order.

We strongly recommend that you register on www.leaderbicycles.com as it makes your checkout faster, allows you to track your order, saves products that interest you to a wish list (which you may access at a later time), and provides a better shopping experience.

However, you can purchase without registering also.

Orders once placed can’t be canceled.

You can write to info@leaderbicycles.com to report the incident and report the mistake. If you want to return the product, please do not use it. We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund. After your claim has been approved. WE REFUND YOUR AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. Please write to info@leaderbicycles.com to report the incident

We do not have any exchange policy. Only in case of a manufacturing defect and the wrong item shipped, customer can ask for a refund by initiating their claim at info@leaderbicycles.com. After your claim has been approved. WE REFUND YOUR AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
